JC Contract Item Cost Estimate Recap

You can use the JC Contract Item Cost Estimate Recap report to compare the original contract amounts with change orders to the original estimate and current estimate amounts to calculate the estimated profit by selecting Job Cost > Reports > JC Contract Item Cost Estimate Recap.

This report compares the original contract amounts with change orders to the original estimate and current estimate amounts to calculate the estimated profit. The amounts are listed by contract item.

Report Parameters

 Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Contract

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning contract.

Ending Contract

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending contract.

Beginning Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning job.

Ending Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending job.

Through Month

Enter through month (MM/YY).

(O)pen, (S)oft Closed/Open, (C)losed or (A)ll

Enter O, S, C, or A.

Beginning Closed Month

Enter beginning closed month (MM/YY)

Ending Closed Month

Enter ending closed month (MM/YY)
