PR Employee Auto Earnings By Earn Code

You can use the PR Employee Auto Earnings By Earn Code by selecting Payroll > Reports > PR Employee Auto Earnings By Earn Code.

This is a Payroll report on Automatic Earnings setups that would display all of the employees that have a setup for a given earnings code.

Report Parameters

 Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Earning Code (Blank for All)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the earning code or leave blank for all.

Sort By Employee (S)ort Name or (N)umber

Enter S or N.

Beginning Employee Sort Name

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning employee sort name.

Ending Employee Sort Name

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending employee sort name.

Beginning Employee Number

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning employee number.

Ending Employee Number

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending employee number.

Include Inactive?

checkbox to include inactive employees.
