Delete a New Hire Record

Remove a new hire's record from Onboarding.

Deleted records are removed from the system and cannot be recovered.

Only HR Management Admins (set at the enterprise level) can delete new hires. See HR Role Management for details.

  1. From the home page, in the Onboarding section, select Instrumentbord for New Hire.
    Note: Alternatively, select main menu icon in the upper left corner of the home page, and select HR Management > Instrumentbord for New Hire.
  2. Select a new hire's name.

    The New Hire Details page opens.

  3. In the Info & Status area, select Delete New Hire.
