If you have received an invitation to join a project and get this error message when you try to accept, it can be because:

• The invitation has been sent to another email address than the one you have registered your Trimble ID for. You have to ask to get a new invitation to the correct email address.
• You are logged in with another Trimble ID than your own on the PC you are using. Go to [[https://admin.quadri.trimble.com]], log out and then in again with your own Trimble ID.
• You already have accepted the invitation. Just ignore the invitation and see if you can get access to the project.
