The following table describes how each column is calculated on this report.

Actual Cost |
The actual job cost amount for the selected period, as well as the job-to-date amount, through the year and period displays. |
Units to Complete |
The estimated number of units necessary to complete the job display. Units are dollars, labor hours, and square feet. The figure is calculated as the difference between the job's estimated cost and the actual cost to date. |
Estimate |
The current estimated amount displays from Job Phases. |
Variance |
Variance is calculated as the difference between the actual cost-to-date amount and the estimated amount. |
% Variance |
Percent variance is calculated as the quotient of the two preceding columns; that is, the variance amount divided by the estimate amount, multiplied by 100. |
% Complete |
Percent complete is calculated as the actual job-to-date amount divided by the estimated cost, multiplied by 100. |
