Unlink Trimble ID from a User's Portal Profile

You must be a system or security administrator to unlink a user's Trimble ID from their Vista Web portal profile.

If a user's profile is linked to Trimble ID, they have a checkmark in the TID Linked column in User Access.
Note: Users cannot unlink their own Trimble ID from their profile.
  1. In the portal, go to Admin > User Access.
  2. In the Module Bundle dropdown field, select User Setup under the General category.
  3. Find the name of the user in the grid and select the gear icon. Choose Unlink TID.

In the TID Linked column, you will no longer see a checkmark for that user, and their profiles will be unlinked.
Note: For managed Trimble ID users: Once unlinked, the user can no longer log in with the managed user username. The user can log in with an Employee Number and Password, or they can be linked to a native Trimble ID user.
