Working with Отчеты Power BI

Отчеты Power BI provide visualizations of your ERP (Spectrum and Vista), Team data, and Accubid Anywhere data to enable you to make data-driven decisions for your enterprise.

Both Spectrum and Vista enterprises, and Accubid Anywhere, can take advantage of Power BI reports. You can use preconfigured reports called Стандартные отчеты Power BI or create your own custom report. For details on Стандартные отчеты Power BI, see Working with Стандартные отчеты Power BI. About Data Security and Data Refresh

By using Single Sign-on, Отчеты Power BI in Trimble Construction One Analytics retain any security settings configured for a user in your ERP (Vista or Spectrum), or Accubid Anywhere.

Data refresh works by automatically importing and updating information in Отчеты Power BI from your ERP (Vista or Spectrum) or Accubid Anywhere once a day after business hours.

Requirements

From the User Management page in the Admin Center, the Dashboards feature includes all Power BI reporting functionality. If you don't see Панели мониторинга listed under Analytics Features on the User Management page in the Admin Center, you can request this feature for your enterprise by logging in to the Клиентский портал Viewpoint and contacting Support.

Note the following requirements:
  • You can take advantage of Отчеты Power BI if your company's subscription for Trimble Viewpoint is part of our Trimble Construction One contract, and you have a Trimble Construction One Analytics license. For information on managing licenses, see About Managing Analytics Licenses
  • Users must first be using single sign-on (SSO) in your ERP (Vista or Spectrum) or Accubid Anywhere in order to access Отчеты Power BI.
    • Vista: For details on enabling SSO for Vista users, see Enable Single Sign-on in the Vista Help.
    • Spectrum: For details on enabling SSO for Spectrum users, see Single Sign-On in the Spectrum Help.

Setup

Once Trimble Viewpoint has enabled Отчеты Power BI for your enterprise, the Enterprise Admin can edit the users in your enterprise to provide access to the Панели мониторинга feature. For details editing user settings, see Edit a User.
