The following drop in schedule is for customers who want additional help getting started with Unified User Management.
Important: All customers must transition to
Unified User Management by February 28, 2026.
Drop-In Sessions for Unified User Management
Drop-In sessions are being held every Tuesday and Thursday at the following times:
- 8:00 AM PST to 8:30 AM PST / 11:00 AM EST to 11:30 AM EST
- 8:30 AM PST to 9:00 AM PST / 11:30 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST
- 9:00 AM PST to 9:30 AM PST / 12:00 PM EST to 12:30 PM EST
