Set Up Additional Traqspera Tenants
Follow the guidance below to create additional tenants in Traqspera.
How many tenants do I need?
Each Spectrum Company (3-digit Code such as ABC) requires a corresponding Traqspera tenant for its employees.

Independent Tenants: If your cost centers consolidate into entities and you want each entity deployed in a separate instance of Traqspera, you will need a unique Traqspera Tenant for each entity.
Note: With Independent Tenants, data is separate and inaccesible from other tenants. -
Consolidated Tenants: If your cost centers do not consolidate into entities, you only need Traqspera Tenants for Spectrum companies where employees are managed.
Traqspera is set up with one tenant by default. Be sure to subtract this default tenant from the number you request. For example, if you have a total of 3 Spectrum Companies/Entities, you will need to request 2 tenants.
How do I request additional tenants?

Open a Support ticket for Deployment.

Include the following text:
I am a Traqspera Customer who needs additional tenants Deployed.
Please turn on Self Configuration for each tenant.
- Tenant 1:
- Spectrum Company Code (ie. ABC) (Use for Abbreviation in Traqspera):
- Company Name:
- Subdomain (url example:companyname.traqspera.com):
Repeat the above information for all the additional tenants you need. If you are set up with entities, the Spectrum 3 digit company code is repeated. You will configure cost centers in the entity after it is deployed.
How do I self-configure my new tenants?
If you have a strong understanding of Spectrum, you will have no issues configuring Traqspera. We have excellent videos to help you do it on your own. See Self-Configuration Videos for more information on self-configuration.
Configuring Unified User Management with Spectrum HR Management?
You only need to finish the first three sections of Self Configuration to set your employees up. You can come back later and finish configuring your tenant to use other features such as timesheets.
