PR Aatrix - ACA Print and eFile Form

Use this form to process 1094 and 1095 returns.

Access this form via PR ACA Processing by selecting Tasks > Launch Aatrix Print and eFile.

With this form, you can process the following returns:

  • 1094-C and 1095-C Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Information

  • 1094-B and 1095-B Health Coverage Information
