EM Equipment by Job/WO Summary

You can use the EM Equipment by Job/WO Summary report to list the Equipment that have been charged to Jobs and Work orders by selecting Equipment Management > Reports > EM Equipment by Job/WO Summary.

This report lists the Hours and Amounts totaled by Equipment, Job, and Work Order (if applicable).

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Beginning Month

Ending Month

Enter ending month (MM/YY) for costs to be included or leave blank for all.

Beginning Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.

Ending Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.

Beginning JCCo

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning job cost company.

Ending JCCo

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending job cost company or leave blank to select all.

Beginning Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning job.

Ending Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending job.

Show transactions for (J)obs, (S)ervice or (B)oth

Enter J, S, or B.

Beginning SMCo

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning service management company or leave blank to select all.

Ending SMCo

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending service management company or leave blank to select all.

Beginning Work Order

Enter or select the applicable beginning work order.

Ending Work Order

Enter or select the applicable ending work order.

Break out Job Work Order Groups
