Import LandXML Files (.xml)
LandXML is an open XML file format.
The format was principally created by and for the survey, civil engineering, and transportation industries. LandXML format supports points, surfaces, and alignments.

Follow the general steps in Import Files.

Specify options in the LandXML Reader Settings Editor’s Import Settings.

Click OK.

Complete additional steps in Import Files.

Click Finish.
LandXML-specific Notes
In LandXML import, you can:
- Import station equations.
- Create a task for modifying alignments imported from other systems. When you Import XML file via Trimble Connect, LandXML is the default adapter.
- Select multiple alignments in settings, as a single LandXML file can contain multiple groups and multiple alignments within the group.
