Time Off Status Indicators
On the Time Off Requests page, status indicators show the current state of time off requests that were sent for approval.
The status indicators and their descriptions are as follows:
- Approved (display in green): These requests have been approved by a supervisor.
- Declined (display in red): These requests have been declined by a supervisor.
- Error (display in light yellow with an Error icon
): These requests do not have matching timesheet entries or are associated with time entries that need to be exported to Spectrum.
- Pending (display in dark yellow): These requests are awaiting supervisor approval.
- Exported (display in blue): These requests and their associated time entries have been exported to Spectrum and cannot be edited.
