Upload a Lien Waiver

Most Applications for Payment require one or more lien waivers.

  1. From your Dashboard, select the project and then double-click the contract.
  2. Among the tabs at the top of the screen, select Lower Tiers.
  3. Select the icon in the Waivers column.
    A pane opens from the right side of the screen.
  4. Choose one:
    • If lien waivers are due, select the Needs my attention tab and then select Upload waiver.
    • If your general contractor has not set up explicit requirements, or if they have but waivers are not yet due, select the By Pay Period tab and then Upload additional waivers.
  5. Follow the prompts to upload your document.
Trimble Pay will send an email notification to your general contractor that you have uploaded a waiver.
