You can view an audit trail of the status for an asset. You can see who changed the status of the asset, what the change was, and when it was made.

1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Assets.
2. In the row of the asset you want to work with, select and select Audit Trail.
   The Asset Status Audit window appears.
3. When you are finished, select the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Asset Status Audit window.
