Resolve Issues with OneDrive
Storing your Object Manager files in a directory controlled by OneDrive can cause issues. Follow these steps to resolve them.
In most cases, moving the files out from OneDrive control fixes any issues.
Some companies report that they have had Object Manager files on OneDrive for a long time without problems. Even though this is the case, Trimble will not follow up on any support case where Object Manager files are on OneDrive, since we know that this is the cause of very many obscure problems.
The most common issue is that the My Documents folder is
controlled by OneDrive and therefore also the default folder My
Documents\Novapoint. To move this, do as follows:
If the problem persists after you have removed all files from OneDrive control, contact Support.
