Access 标准 Power BI报告

Use the 仪表盘 tab to access 标准 Power BI报告.

  1. From the Trimble Construction One Analytics Home page, select the 仪表盘 tab to view the list of Power BI报告 and 分页报告 that are shared with you.

    Power BI报告 are indicated with a yellow chart icon with horizontal lines, as follows:

    Note the globe icon ion the right-hand side indicates that the dashboard is accessible to all users.

    标准 Power BI报告 include the following:
    • Commitments provides summary and detailed information about committed costs for your projects organized by parameters such as company, job, phase, and cost type. For details, see Commitments Overview.
    • Contract Status provides summary and detailed information about contract status. For details, see Contract Status Overview.
    • Job Cost Detail provides both summary and detailed Job Cost information for your projects, including cost, hours, and quantity information for both estimates and projections. For details, see Job Cost Detail Overview.
    • Accubid Anywhere Bid Pipeline provides bid data for your projects, including estimate details, final pricing, and labor costs. For details, see Accubid Anywhere Bid Pipeline.
    • Financial Summary - Vista provides a high-level overview of your Vista financials, ideal for executive teams or analysts who need a high-level view of the data. For details, see Financial Summary - Vista.
    • Human Resources Summary - Vista provides a high-level overview, and interactive summary of your Vista Human Resources data. For details, see Human Resources Summary - Vista.
    • Equipment Summary - Spectrum provides summary and detailed information about cost and revenue generated by equipment. For details, see Equipment Summary - Spectrum.
    • Service Summary - Spectrum provides a detailed financial summary for all work orders by customer and salesperson. For details, see Service Summary - Spectrum.
  2. Select a report from the list to open it.
Once you have opened a report, you can return to the list of reports by selecting the back arrow or by selecting the Dashboard tab.
Tip: If you want to make 标准 Power BI报告 easier to identify on the Dashboards page, you can create a Standard Reports tag and apply it to those reports. You can also add a description to each Standard Report to help them stand out.
