The Purchase Order Module allows you to create Field POs, PO
                                Requisitions, Receive POs, and/or Create Pending POs for approval.
                                These POs are created in Vista through your portal.

		Orders. The options available on this page are based on your permissions and what has been
		enabled in the portal.

Create an SM Purchase Order from the Purchase Order Dashboard
		as you would a standard purchase order. When you create the header, select New SM Purchase Order from the New Item dropdown. This allows you create
		an SM purchase order. When you submit an SM purchase order in the portal, the PO is
		processed in Vista.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

These login changes will provide customers the ability to migrate their own login credentials to <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span>.
