What's New in Spectrum人力资源管理 2023 R2

The 2023 R2 release of Spectrum人力资源管理 delivers a new Approvals section in Trimble Construction One and enhancements to the home page in 员工自助服务. This release is available as of 2/8/2023.

Approvals

New! Approvals section in Trimble Construction One

The Trimble Construction One home page now includes an Approvals section with direct links to approvals in 员工自助服务. After logging in to Trimble Construction One, you can select either a company name or a status indicator from the Approvals section:

  • Select a company name to open the Employee Management page for that company. You will need to filter for approvals.

  • Select a status indicator (Pending, Sent to ERP, or Failed) to open the Employee Management page already filtered for approvals in the respective company.

Note: HR specialists must be assigned approval permissions to use this feature. See Create Permission Groups for details. To learn more about approvals, see the Approvals section in Help.

Enhanced home page in 员工自助服务

New! Personal and Admin Work sections plus Approvals links

The home page in 员工自助服务 has been enhanced for improved usability. Two new headers were added (Personal and Admin Work) to help HR users differentiate between their personal and administrative options in 员工自助服务.

In addition, the new Admin Work section includes quick links to approvals. HR users with approval permission can select a company name or a status indicator in the Approvals section to open the Employee Management page already filtered for approvals in the respective company.
