What's New in Spectrum人力资源管理 2025 R9

The 2025 R9 release of Spectrum人力资源管理 introduces a new MFA security setting and removes a page from the sign in screen.

Important: As of this release, some users may have lost access to their Earnings, Personal Info and Employee data because their Trimble ID was not linked properly. See User's Trimble ID is Not Found for troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enforced on All Users

On September 24th after 5:00 pm PDT, all users will be required to use MFA to sign in at hr.viewpoint.com and on the Traqspera mobile application. For convenience and ease of use, we recommend passkeys as your MFA option for Field Users who access 员工自助服务 on their phones.

New Setting to Disable MFA

In conjunction with the required enforcement of MFA, a new Security Setting allows administrators to opt out of the MFA setting. To opt out, you must turn off this setting under Admin Settings > Security Settings.

New Role Management Column

Administrators can now manage the Trimble ID status of all users from the HR Role Management > HR Roles page.

This provides more tools for troubleshooting and verifying employee access.

New Sign In Experience

As part of the Trimble ID adoption, the Spectrum人力资源管理 sign in process no longer includes the following page.

Instead, users will be taken directly to the Trimble ID sign in page.

This change will improve the login experience for users and allow them to use a passkey instead of their username and password when signing in to hr.viewpoint.com.
