View My Tax Forms

Use the Earnings page in the mobile application to view, download, or print your annual tax forms.

For employees who reside in the United States, tax statements include W-2 forms and 1095-C forms. For employees who reside in Canada, tax statements include T4 slips.
Important: To access your tax forms in the mobile application, you must have a Trimble ID that is connected to the same employee account in Traqspera and 人力资源管理. Please contact your administrator for assistance.
  1. To access the Earnings page in the mobile application, you can select Earnings from either the Home page or your My Info tab. If available, you can also select the Earnings tab in the bottom navigation.
    Note: The options shown on each tab, in the bottom navigation, and in your user profile will vary based on portal setup.

  2. To locate a tax form, select the Tax Statements tab.

    This tab shows a list of your available tax statements grouped by year.

  3. To view, download, or print a tax form, select the View button on the tile for that specific form.

    • For Android users, tax documents open in an external PDF viewer on their device.

    • For iOS users, tax documents display within the mobile application interface.
