Open HR Management, Financial Controls, or Field Management

You can launch Viewpoint HR Management™, Viewpoint Financial Manager, or Viewpoint Field Management™ directly from the ViewpointOne platform. If single-sign-on has been enabled, you can log in and move easily between any of those applications and 团队 without having to log in again.

To open Viewpoint人力资源管理, Viewpoint Financial Manager, or Viewpoint Field管理 from 团队, the Keystyle tool must first be enabled and configured by the Enterprise Admin. For instructions, see Activate or Deactivate Tools for the Enterprise.

To take advantage of single-sign-on, the single-sign-on setting must first be enabled in the portal for Viewpoint人力资源管理, Viewpoint Financial Manager, and Viewpoint Field管理. For instructions, see Configuring Viewpoint ID Log in in the knowledge base for those applications.

Click in the upper left-hand corner, and then click one of the following:
  • Financial Controls: Click one of the Viewpoint Financial Manager options to open that page.
  • Field Tools: Click one of the Viewpoint Field管理 options to open that page.
  • Approvals: Click one of the items under Manager Review to continue to that page.
  • Employee Tools: Click one of the Viewpoint人力资源管理 options to open that page.
The log in page opens in a new browser tab.
If single-sign-on has been enabled, the log-in page will display Viewpoint Sign In. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to enter your 团队 credentials. This will link your profiles for 团队 and the Self Service Portal for Viewpoint人力资源管理, Viewpoint Financial Manager, and Viewpoint Field管理. Once linked, you can move easily between those applications and 团队 and only need to log in once per session.
Note: If you do not have permissions to access the item you selected from the main menu, a message in the portal will indicate that and provide details for requesting access.
