Request the The Work Number® from Equifax Integration

The integration between Trimble and Equifax reduces risk and manual burdens for HR and payroll professionals. It is provided at no cost, and you can opt in to the program upon request.

You must be a Vista administrative user to complete this process.
At no cost to your organization, the The Work Number service provides automated verification of employment and income for employees of Trimble customers. This verification service streamlines and automates manual verification which is often time consuming.

To enable the integration, prompt each party, in this order:

  1. Engage with Equifax to get a contract:
    1. Go to Trimble Marketplace.
    2. Select Contact Us.
      A form opens to collect the information needed to proceed.
    3. Complete the form and select Send.
      Trimble will share your information with Equifax, and they will contact you to discuss the integration and provide you with a contract.
    4. Review and sign the Equifax contract.
  2. Provide the signed contract to Support:
    1. Go to the Vista Support portal and create a case with Subject "The Work Number for Vista".
    2. Include these specific details in your case:
      • The Company number for each company you want to authorize for Equifax data access. Find this in the HQ Company Setup form > Company # field.
      • Your first and last name
      • Your email address
    3. Attach a copy of the signed Equifax contract.
    4. Submit the case.
      Important: By submitting the case, you acknowledge that you're an administrative user of the Trimble software and that you have the right to instruct Trimble to turn data access on and off between Trimble software and the Equifax service.
What to expect:
  • Trimble Support will engage with Equifax and then close your case.
  • Equifax will complete the integration and then send your organization an email letting you know the integration is active.
