SM Work Order Tasking

You can use the SM Work Order Tasking report by selecting Service Management > Reports > SM Work Order Tasking.

The SM Work Order Tasking report is designed to prepare Work Order information for Technicians going out to Service Sites.

The report prints a summary on the first page with general work order information, scope breakdown, and a summary of the equipment and materials needed. The following pages break out the Service Items (one service item per page), the information specific to the service item, the total qty of hours from Required Labor for each item, the parts and equipment required for each service item, and the services and tasks (broken out by scope) for each service item.

Work orders are searchable by Beginning/Ending Date range, by Beginning/Ending Work Order range, or by Lead Technician; however, if searching by date range, work orders must have at least one trip in Open status.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Date

Enter beginning date.

Ending Date

Enter ending Date.

Beginning Work Order

Enter or select the applicable beginning work order.

Ending Work Order

Enter or select the applicable ending work order.

Technician

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the technician.
