Use the Wire Transfers Entry screen to perform cash transfers to third parties, transfers across companies, and transfers to and from various company bank accounts. Wire Transfer Entry provides the ability to transfer funds among Spectrum companies automatically.

      transactions to G/L and add the transactions as cleared items in the
      reconciliation.

Use the Positive Pay Export screen to export an ASCII text file to your banking institution. Upon receipt of your text file, the bank will authorize payments only on the checks that match the information sent to them.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

Use this window to modify the tax status and tax code associated with the detail lines.

These login changes will provide customers the ability to migrate their own login credentials to <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span>.
