Other Quantities in Spectrum
The two quantities that are most commonly related in Spectrum are the work completed quantities in job cost, and the quantities billed to customers. If you are performing DOT work, it is possible that you are tracking quantities in job cost the same way that you bill quantities to your customers. Currently in Spectrum, billing quantities are independent of Job Cost quantities, and must be entered separately.
The next most common is the relationship between quantities billed to customers and quantities paid to subcontractors. If subcontractors are paid at the same rate that customers are billed, clients can use a feature in Spectrum that allows for transferring draw request quantities to subcontract billings. The two are linked together through the billing Item.
