Customize Model Colors

Model color and transparency can be changed using the color icon.

If the model contains objects of different colors, the multicolor icon is used. If all objects in the model have the same color, the color indicator will use that color. The transparency is always 0% by default.
Note: Custom colors are not supported.
  1. Open a model in Trimble Connect for Windows 3D Viewer.
  2. From the Models Tab, select the color icon next to the model or folder.
    The Color Customization dialog opens.
  3. Adjust the color and transparency.
  4. Select OK.

Once color and transparency have been changed, they are reflected by the color indicator. The entire model color and transparency will be updated accordingly.

If the model color or transparency has been changed from the default, an asterisk (*) is placed above the color icon to indicate a custom setting has been applied.
