View the current user's open jobs and catalogs

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. Click Estimating > Setup > Users > Estimating User Status in the All Tasks pane.
  3. View the current user's open estimating jobs and catalogs.
  4. To unlock a job or catalog, select it and click Delete.
    Note: You cannot unlock an estimating job when it is open in the Manage Estimates screen.
  5. Click Refresh to update the list of open items.
  6. When you are finished, click Close.
