Delete a New Hire Record

Remove a new hire's record from 新進員工導入.

Deleted records are removed from the system and cannot be recovered.

Only HR Management Admins (set at the enterprise level) can delete new hires. See HR Role Management for details.

  1. From the home page, in the 新進員工導入 section, select 新進員工儀表板.
    Note: Alternatively, select main menu icon in the upper left corner of the home page, and select HR Management > 新進員工儀表板.
  2. Select a new hire's name.

    The New Hire Details page opens.

  3. In the Info & Status area, select Delete New Hire.
