Safety notices

Use safety notices to notify contractors of safety violations that were committed on the job site. A safety notice is documented proof that you notified the contractor, and it may be admissible in court.

  8. Downloads all the drawings or files linked to this safety notice. Any new links will be automatically downloaded when the project is synced.

  1. Copy the record
  2. Save the record
  3. Number - Not visible in Draft mode if safety notice are set to auto-increment (web > general settings)
  4. Record status
  5. Subject - Required
  6. Description - Required
  7. Linked (or pinned) drawings, photos, or videos. Select the thumbnail to view.
  8. Select to link (Pin) to drawings, photos, or videos.
  9. Number of attachments
