What's New in Traqspera 2026 R4
The 2026 R4 release of Traqspera includes improvements and defect corrections. This release is available as of March 12, 2026.
Duplicate Employee Issue
Previously, updating an employee's Employee Code in Spectrum created a duplicate employee record in Traqspera. This issue has been resolved but requires a manual system update to take effect.
Action Required: Before updating employee codes in Spectrum, contact Traqspera support and request the latest version of MSSQL.
Improvements
Timesheet CSV Export Enhancements
- The Cost Type field will now remain blank for non-direct job cost time entries.
- The Cost Center field now populates according to this
hierarchy:
- Export Override
- Job
- Employee
- The Message field is now conditioned to prevent errors caused by special characters.
- The CSV Export is not available when the Job Cost salary filter is applied.
Invite From Spectrum Button Visibility
The Invite From Spectrum button will remain on the User Management page when there are no employees to invite.
