You can design financial reports using the General Ledger data. Both actual and budgeted numbers are used.

Design Financial Reports is the financial report writer where you can define the report's appearance. From the list of options, choose headings, columns, and rows to include on the report.

Define the various components of the three-line report heading by clicking the Column and Row buttons to define the body format of the reports.

The following may be printed at the top of every screen in any format:

• Date and time

• Report title

• Company name

• Department

• Period end date

Information in the heading will typically be centered, but may also print on either the left or right margin. You can also designate a specific column to print this information in.
