Design Financial Reports - Field Descriptions
Use the table below for reference when completing the fields on this screen.
| Fields | Descriptions |

| Report ID | Enter or search for a unique two-character identification code for the standard report. |
| Report title | Enter the report name. This name will display in the heading of the financial report if a location is specified for the Report title in the screen headings section. |

| Utilize non-Crystal report format? | Crystal-format reports permit changes to column count and column headings. Select this checkbox only if you do not want to modify the column headings or change the maximum column default in your new report. |
| [Standard or Crystal] report name | The name of the standard or Crystal report used as the basis for this report. |
| Change Report | If you want to assign a different report as the basis for this report, click to open the Search Crystal Financial Reports window or open the My Reports Maintenance window. |

| Maximum columns | Disabled (read-only) if using Crystal report format. |
| Standard column headings | |
| Include page footers? | Select this checkbox to include a footer. |
| Page Footer | Click to view or modify the report's footer settings. See Financial Report Page Footer. |
| Department reporting? | (Optional) Select only one, according to the GL setup elections made upon installation. |
| Cost center reporting? | |
