Paste data in a column

You can paste a specified value or column in a column. This is useful if you want to restore the original external data to a column (by pasting a raw data column to a changed column).

  1. Click the Data Manipulation drop-down menu and select Paste.
  2. In the Column field, select the column in which you want to paste data.
  3. Do one of the following:

    • Select the Value option button and enter the value you want to paste.

    • Select the Column option button, then click and select the column you want to paste.

  4. Click OK.
