What's New in HR Management for Spectrum 2023 R10
The 2023 R10 release of HR Management for Spectrum includes the updated I-9 form for 2023. This release is available as of 10/23/2023.

Updated I-9 Form
The I-9 form and I-9 instructions have been revised in compliance with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requirements. Employers must use the new version of the I-9 form as of November 1, 2023. See the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website for details about changes made to the form. You can also access a copy of the new form here.
Following the update to the 2023 R10 release, a new hire's onboarding status will determine which version of the I-9 form their hiring packet will include:

New hires who had not yet started the I-9 (status = Invited or No Personal Info) will see the revised version of the form in their hiring packet.

New hires who had started the I-9 (status = Working On Tasks) or submitted it (status = Submitted) prior to the current release will remain on the old version of the form.
