What's New In HR Management for Spectrum 2026 R4

The 2026 R4 release of HR Management for Spectrum contains various improvements. This release is available as of April 7, 2026.

Toggle Earnings Visibility

You can now hide or show all dollar amounts on the Earnings page and your pay stubs. Select Show to reveal dollar amounts. Select Hide to conceal dollar amounts.

Note: This feature is only available on the web. It is not yet available on the Traqspera mobile application.

Admins can choose if dollar amounts are hidden or shown by default. To modify this configuration, navigate to HR Admin Settings > Earnings Settings > General Settings > Security.

Improvements

Missing Records Icon

The HR Role Management page now displays indicators when employee records are missing. If an employee record is missing, the user profile may not function correctly. This indication can help you diagnose why an employee cannot access self-service paystubs and personal information.

If an employee's information is flagged as missing, you can prompt a data refresh by modifying their Personal Information in Spectrum. Navigate to Human Resources > Employee > Personal Information and modify any field. Wait for thirty minutes for the information to sync to HR Management for Spectrum. If the issue persists, contact Support.

Employee Code Sync

Employee Code changes in Spectrum now update employee records in HR Management for Spectrum. Additionally, all employee code changes made in Spectrum after April 2025 have been automatically applied to HR Management for Spectrum. This feature impacts employee information in paystubs, tax statements, personal information, emergency contact, and direct deposits.
