EM Scheduled Maintenance – A/NZ

You can use the EM Scheduled Maintenance – A/NZ report to print equipment that should be scheduled for maintenance by selecting Equipment Management > Reports > EM Scheduled Maintenance – A/NZ.

The Scheduled Maintenance report prints Equipment that should be scheduled for maintenance. The report prints in full detail, including the parts required for each item; item detail, which prints to the Maintenance group and item level; and summary format, which includes a single line per piece of equipment. Report runtime parameters include restrictions for beginning and ending Category, department, equipment, job, and location. You also have the option to include all equipment that is set up for the standard maintenance, or to show only those pieces of equipment that are currently due for maintenance. If you elect to print only currently due items, you also have the option to have an item show on the report several weeks, hours, kilometres, or litres (depending on the basis of the item) before it is actually due for maintenance. This allows you ample warning of upcoming maintenance work, which can be useful when you need to schedule employee time or order needed parts. Additionally, if a piece of equipment is overdue for maintenance, it is marked with an (*), allowing it to be quickly identified.

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning category, leave blank to include all.

Ending Category

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending category or leave blank to select all.

Beginning JCCo

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning job cost company.

Ending JCCo

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending job cost company or leave blank to select all.

Beginning Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning job.

Ending Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending job.

Beginning Department

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning department.

Ending Department

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending department.

Beginning Location

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning location.
