HR Workers Compensation Claims Summary

You can use the HR Workers Compensation Claims Summary report for a summarized listing of accidents by selecting Human Resources > Reports > HR Workers Compensation Claims Summary.

This report provides a summarized listing of accidents that can be ran by Job, PM, Location, or Accident/Seq. Number; showing date, description, description of accident, etc. Tables HRAT and HRAI.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Sort order (L)ocation, (J)ob, (P)M, (A)ccident

Enter L, J, P, or A.

Beginning Date

Enter beginning date or leave blank for all.

Ending Date

Enter ending date or leave blank for all.

Proj Manager (Blank for All)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the project manager or leave blank for all.

JCCo (Blank for All)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the JC company or leave blank for all.

Beginning Job

Press F4 to select beginning job.

Ending Job

Press F4 to select ending job.

Beginning Accident Location

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning accident location or leave blank for all.

Ending Accident Location

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending accident location or leave blank for all.
