Display Group Totals

Use the Group feature to display only the subtotals for area types with more than one area in the Summary tab. Otherwise all the areas display; subtotals display for area types with more than one area.

Open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen.

Note: To open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen, click Estimating > Earthwork > Manage Earthwork Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Click Open Existing Job. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
Select the Summary tab.
Click Group on the speedbar to roll up all areas of identical types and display subtotals for each type of area.
To display the totals for every individual area, click Group again.
