Edit an equipment card

Proposed chatbot equipment cards are editable.

Note: Charlie, the chatbot for daily reports, is available to ProjectSight Enterprise and Go users, in English, and requires an active internet connection.

After you have prompted Charlie to create an equipment card and offered necessary clarifications, a suggested equipment card displays. You can then accept, reject, or edit the suggested card.

To edit the suggested equipment card, select Edit.
An editable card displays.
To edit Company, Crew, or Equipment, select the field to view and search a list of options, then select an option, or to enter quantity, number of hours and minutes, rate, or notes, select the field and enter the new information.
To save your edits, select Save.
The editable card displays.
To accept the equipment entry and receive a confirmation that Charlie is applying your changes to the card, select Accept, or to reject the entry, select Reject.
Optionally, you can enter another request for Charlie, or to restart a conversation with Charlie, select , then select Yes.
To return to the daily report, select x.
To save your equipment entry, select .
