The EEO-1 form is a government form used by employers to provide a count of their employees, first by job category and then by ethnicity, race, and gender. This report is submitted to the EEOC and the Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
Employers with federal contracts of $50,000 (or more) and at least 50 employees must file the EEO-1 form.
Employers without federal contracts, but with at least 100 employees also must file the EEO-1 form.
