Edit or Delete a Topic

Change or remove a topic through the topic’s Detail page. This includes adding comments and removing references.

Unless you are a Project Administrator, you can only edit topics that you created or that are assigned to you.

Deleting the topic will delete it for everyone.

  1. Select the topic from the Topics page.
    The topic’s coordination pane opens.
  2. Delete the topic by selecting the trash can Delete icon.
    1. Select Delete from the Delete Topic confirmation window.
  3. Edit the topic by selecting the pencil Edit icon.
    1. Make any changes and select Save.
  4. Add a comment to a topic by selecting Add a comment… at the bottom of the Coordination pane.
    1. Enter your comment and select Save.
    2. You can edit or delete your comment by choosing Delete or Edit in the Comment section.

VFP deletes or updates the topic.
