In the March release of Viewpoint For Projects, we have updated the 'Personal Settings' page for users who are logging in with Trimble Identity. We have also made several bug fixes to enhance the overall usability and performance of the application.
Personal Settings page:
We have added the ‘My Accounts’ link to the page. The link takes you to the 'My Profile' page where you can edit details of your Trimble account. We have tweaked the layout of the 'Personal Settings' page and updated the design of the icons to offer a better user experience.
Two-Step Verification:
To ensure your account remains secure against evolving cyber threats, we are updating the security requirements for your Trimble ID (TID).
Effective March 31, 2026, Two-Step Verification will become mandatory for all users. This change adds a second layer of protection to your account, ensuring that even if someone guesses your password, they cannot access your data without a second verification step.
This applies to all products that rely on TID for access, including Viewpoint For Projects and Field View.
