Measurement Tools
You can use the measurement tools in Trimble Connect for Browser's 3D Viewer to measure distances in the 3D View.
You can get the X,Y, Z position of a single point, measure the distance between two points, or measure perpendicular distances between objects.
Creation Toolbar
On the largest breakpoint, the main application toolbar has a dropdown menu which allows you to select the measurement tool you want to use to take measurements. The Measurement Creation toolbar will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
On smaller breakpoints, the measurement tool can be changed from the Measurement Creation toolbar.
Editing Toolbar
With the Measurement Editing toolbar, you can edit and manage single or multiple measurements. When one or more measurements are selected, the Editing toolbar will open at the bottom of the screen.
Exiting the Measurement Mode
Measurement mode is continuous, and will stay active even after a measurement has been placed. As long as the tool is active, the Measurement button is highlighted in blue.
