Pay an Invoice

Use the guided entry workflow to pay an invoice.

  1. Go to the Expenses hub to get started.
  2. Locate an unpaid invoice.
    Unpaid invoices have an Unpaid tag .
  3. Select More and choose Pay Invoice.
  4. Select the Payment Method.
    1. For a Check, select the Bank Account, then enter the Check Number and the Transaction Date.
    2. For ACH, select the Bank Account, then enter the Transaction Number and the Transaction Date.
    3. For Credit Card, select the Credit Card, then enter the Transaction Number and the Transaction Date.
  5. When you are done and ready to pay, select Submit.
Your invoice payment is submitted.
