Users

Users are people who can log into the Field View web application to see data and perform actions within the application.

Check a user's information and project access on the People Setup Summary page from the Project Setup menu in Classic Field View.

There are several types of users in Field View:
  • Business users
  • Project users
  • Non-users

When you invite a business or project user, you assign them one or more roles, which control what that user has access to in Field View.

Non-users are added to Field View through a signature question on a form. These are users who need to be able to sign forms but don’t need full access to Field View. For example, a guard who needs to sign something into a building site or signing for goods.
