The Job Billing module of Financial Controls allows you to create progress bills and submit them for approval.

Bills go through a review and approval process in the portal, before being interfaced in Vista Accounts Receivable for invoicing. Job Billing requires configuration in both Vista Web and Vista, including setting up reviewers, enabling the review process, and assigning access permissions.
