Create and Manage a Budget

Create and manage a budget to create a plan for income and expenditures by general ledger account and to track the performance against the plan.

  1. On the Maintain General Ledger Budget screen, enter the details of the budget for a general ledger account.
  2. Optional: Modify the details of the budget for a general ledger account.
  3. Run the Income Statement Actual vs. Budget report to compare a budget to actual income.
