If your job has multiple sheets, you can change the active sheet in the Takeoff tab. The selected sheet appears in the Takeoff tab and in the Shape Recognition tab.

Indicator squares to the left of the sheet name provide information about sheets listed in the sheets menu as follows:

• A purple square indicates that the sheet has annotations.

• A blue square indicates that the sheet has revisions.

The sheet currently open in the Takeoff tab appears in bold on the menu.

To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click Estimating > Estimating > Manage Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
