Drill-Down Reports
Certain reports in ProContractor provide drill-down capabilities which allow you to access detailed information by clicking on a specific field or item in the report.
- Balance Sheet
- Balance Sheet - Comparative
- Account Transactions Report
- Employee Pay History
- Management Report
- Income Statement - Actual vs. Budget
- Income Statement - Comparative
- Income Statement - Common Size
- Income Statement - 12 Month
- Consolidated Balance Sheet
- Consolidated Income Statement - Actual vs. Budget
- Consolidated Income Statement - Comparative
- Consolidated Income Statement - Common Size
- Consolidated Income Statement - 12 Month
- Trial Balance
- Working Trial Balance
To use a report's drill-down capabilities, click the Switch to Drill-Down View link in the Report tab footer. Drill-down capabilities include one or both of the following, depending on the specific report:
the ability to display (or Drill Down to) additional, detailed information within the same report
the ability to open (or Drill Through) related information in a separate report
To turn off a report's drill-down capabilities, click the Switch to Print View link in the Report tab footer. You can also turn a report's drill-down capabilities on and off by clicking in the toolbar.
